These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Lailay’s Enterprise for the product Hepa Active.

General

• Product details, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Purchase of products implies acceptance of these terms.

Orders and Payments

• Orders are valid only upon successful payment through Razorpay.
• Orders may be cancelled if fraudulent activity or incomplete payment is detected.
• In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Lailay’s Enterprise is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

Governing Law

• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR, India.
